10/10 recommend using a Wade especially if your life was as crazy as mine what with being in the military and having multiple events going on at the same time between life/work/responsibilities. I was at a school when we started looking for a house and starting our home loan process. When we started with wade we had an idea of what we wanted but no way to go house hunting for ourselves what with me been in another state for training and my wife’s work life being so hectic and demanding. Wade provided timely on site services and FaceTime viewings for us and also provided answers to some of my more specific questions when dealing with concerns on properties we were looking at. Wade had an answer for almost every issue I had if not every issue and made sure the process went smoothly for us. I honestly probably would have had mini heart attacks at certain points if not for wade. Now we have the exact house we wanted and I couldn’t thank wade enough for helping make the process run as smooth as it did.

As a St. Louis Realtor coming to LOTO to purchase a condo, I trusted Wade to take care of us. He is an expert of the local market and particular conditions it takes to make a purchase at the Lake. He and Jessica stayed on top of the transaction up to closing and always kept in close communication. Response time was much appreciated too. I knew we were in good hands! Thanks Wade 😊
