Wade Wilson

I have lived in the Wilmington, North Carolina area since I was two years old, with the exception of the time I lived in Chapel Hill going to school. I have been married for over 20 years to Ashley Burton Wilson, and have two exceptional children. My son Spencer is a senior at Davidson and my daughter is a freshman at UNC-Chapel Hill.

I have a diverse work background, having worked in advertising, steel, biomedical, and publishing. From 1993-2006, I was the owner/operator of Encore Publications, a local business that produced Encore Magazine and other specialty publications. After 13 years of successfully running that business I decided it was time for a change, and sold the company to Morris Multimedia.

I have always been interested in the real estate business and enjoy working with people. I have been with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast since September 2007. Prior to that I worked for a year in Brunswick County real estate and development at Cape Fear Realty.
