March 9,2023- I am coming back to add in more to my review. This time Waheed helped us bought a house 50k lower than the listing price. Why I choose Waheed over other Real estate agent?

1. Expert in his field, he has all the patient in the world, he listen and give feedback to his client, he did not rush us in the whole process of buying a house.
2. He is always on time, he always got to the houses before us and got it ready for us to see the house.
3. He got us the house by 50 k less!

While touring listings, he would go that extra mile to look for the signs of issues or anything of value in the property and give his honest opinion about the property and price range it would go for. Having viewed 20+ houses, we finally found the one that was the right for us, this is when his expertise kicked in, he made sure to prepare and submit a competitive offer securing the house we loved, which is not an easy thing in this sellers’ market. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Wahid Khugyani.We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Wahid Jaan, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.

Wahid Khugyani walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Wahid Jaan for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Wahid to them!

We had a great experience with Wahid for buying home. Every step of the process he was very detailed and transparent.

I personally ask so many questions whenever i buy something and buying house for family was probably the most important and expensive item we would ever buy so i asked Wahid a million questions being first time home buyer. Wahid always responded to my questions with detailed answers and always in a polite manner.

He was always available when we needed to reach out to him. Not only he was professional throughout the process but also he looked for every opportunity where he could get us the best deal or save money.

He never forced us to buy or signup for anything, he let us think about every step and make decision after doing a detailed analysis.

We were very fortunate to have found Wahid Khugiyani when we were moving to Stafford. Wahid Khugiyani helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood. He was very patient as we saw many houses and was very informative with the selection of the houses. He explained to us that his job is more service than sales. In addition every time we viewed new propert Wahid would perform inspection, looking for any signs of problems such as appliances, construction and etc. At the end his negotiations and effort in trying to reduce the house price with the other realtor was very magical.
