I have been in Real Estate since the mid-eighties when I purchased my first home, then 4 years later our second home was a Duplex! I picked up my actual Real Estate license when the economy crashed here in the Treasure Valley, and most agents were leaving the industry. I wanted to help others build wealth in Real Estate, being a licensed agent was, and still is best way to help others understand and invest in real estate. My Real Estate portfolio extends from high-end listings, Bank-Owned Foreclosures, flipping homes and managing Rentals of our own.
