Walter Kosenski III was born and raised in Lavallette as a third-generation island native. He has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that's transformed the Northern Jersey Shore into one of the most sought after year-round and vacation destinations. After earning a degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, Walter returned to Lavallette to combine his business education with his years of experience in property and construction management. Growing up in the family business - Walter G. Kosenski II, Inc & Sons, Coastal Building - Walter has worked in nearly every aspect of the industry.
