Walter Nichols

Walt Nichols has been a Realtor for over thirty-two years. He specializes in new construction homes and condominiums, property conversions, land development, waterfront property and residential real estate. No one knows development better than Walt. With his experience, integrity, ethics and enthusiasm, he is able to go above and beyond to meet all of your real estate needs.
Walt was born and raised in Milford, CT. A graduate of Jonathan Law High School, he went on to attend Central CT State University, where he majored in mathematics. Walt served in the United States Navy. He and his wife decided to settle down in Orange, and raise their children. Walt has deep ties to the Milford community; he works with his church and other services to give back time and energy to help others. He started his Real Estate career in 1980 with George J. Smith & Sons Realtors. Walt, then went on to join Re/Max Realty Associates in 1986. Over the years, Walt has been awarded numerous highest achievement accolades including #1 Realtor in all of Re/Max New England (with over 4,000 agents at that time), he is a member of the 100% Club, the Platinum Club, & the Hall of Fame. With his love for the real estate world, he continued his career at Arnold Peck's Property World. In the past thirty-two years, Walt has listed/sold thousands of homes, new homes/condos, land & more.With his passion and determination, Walt is always there for his clients.
