Walter has been a real estate professional for 23 years, having extensive knowledge in the residential home market. Walter is very involved with the disabled community, representing multiple organizations who assist adults with special needs to find suitable/accessible housing. Father to 16-year-old Chase with Cerebral Palsy who needs a motorized wheelchair to get around. He has completely renovated a home to accommodate Chase and the 500 lb wheelchair including exterior ramps, garage expansion, door and hallway widening, floor to floor vehicle platform lift, voice activated door openers, thermostats and electrical switches, kitchen modifications, floor reinforcements, etc. You would be hard pressed to find a real estate pro with more experience in the area for handicap accessible residence placement. In addition to Chase, Walter and his wife Sarah also have 2 other children Ellequin and Andon. They currently reside in Brewster Heights in Putnam County NY. They travel frequently to visit family in Las Vegas (built a new fully handicap accessible home there too) and London.
