Wanda is a licensed full time Realtor with 40+ years of real estate experience in New Home Sales, General Brokerage and Property Management. Her career started at a very young age by her father's side. Whether he was buying, remodeling or collecting rents, Wanda watched and quickly realized her love for real estate. As she began her career, things came as second nature to her and this is still true today. With her extensive background in the different fields, Wanda is equipped to handle any situation.

A native of Virginia; she was born and raised in Harrisonburg in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, though her career took her to Colorful Colorado and the Lone Star State of Texas; Virginia always called her home. In 1999 Montclair, VA became home; however, after selling new homes in the Fredericksburg region for two years and loving the area she decided to make Fredericksburg her forever home in 2005. Her many moves both locally and country wide have provided her with a unique and valuable perspective as a real estate advisor.
