My husband and I had a previous agent that was assisting us on our house journey . After months of searching and bids falling through we were very frustrated . Though our agent tried their best we felt we weren’t haven’t any luck . On a whim while scrolling for houses I ran into a property that Wanda was the listing agent for and had a question on the taxes. From the very beginning of the conversation she had an energy about her that was very enlightening. She was aware that I had an agent and before we hung up she told me if I wanted a deal done to give her chance to prove that she can make it happen . I finally convinced my husband to give Wanda a chance and in less then one month she found our home . She is on top of her game . Not one phone called missed not one question unanswered . Wanda knew what we were looking for in a house and not once did she try to push a house that wasn’t right for us for a sale . She even went as far as assisting us with viewing two house that we were interested in in which she would have not received a commission for . Wanda is extremely knowledgeable, will fight to the end for her client . She takes passion in her Job and her happiness is making sure her clients are happy . She even went as far to make our closing special with a sweet personalized gift and sent food on a rough week of settling in . We are in our new home and We still call her to give updates on our personal life and seek opinions on renovations and everything in between. Not only have we gained a realtor but most importantly we gained a friend . As she has finished the process of the closing on our new home we are happy to have her in the selling or one of our properties.

One phone call and a determined women on the other line found us our dream home , don’t waste your time with anyone else, Wanda is the way to go .

Wanda was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find our first home. She also knows everyone so she expedited the process by assisting with getting us in contact with a lawyer, inspector and even a mortgage broker.... it was a one stop shop and she made it easy to do business. A lot of moving parts at times which impacted communication but overall a good experience.

I had the opportunity to work with Wanda finding my first apartment outside of the city. It was a pleasure working with her. I ended up moving into a beautiful unit in a co-op building, as you know, it can be challenging going through that process. Wanda was always available to guide me and answer any questions.
