First time buyer. Didn't know nothing about the process of buying or how to negotiate the price. Every step of the way, Waqar was there to provide support and answers. The gentleman was willing to travel 2 hrs from his house to make sure I saw the houses that I wanted to see. He has vast amount of knowledge about real estate. Humble, respectful and organized are the traits that really characterizes Waqar in my opinion. Definitely, if you are in the business of purchasing or selling, give a call Waqar because he is a professional at what he does.

Mr. Riaz did a great job helping us buy our first dream home. He worked with us diligently given the unpredictable market post covid. As we came in with no knowledge of the process, he guided us like an elder brother, and helped us make right decisions at right time. Waqar made the entire process smooth for us and was very patient at every step. He advocated on our behalf and negotiated well with other parties involved. He considered all our needs, and found us a perfect home. He is professional, patient, responsive, knowledgeable and a great advisor. It was a very pleasent experience working with him. I have met a lot of realtors but Waqar is one of the best that I have met. The first thing I will say is that he is extremely responsive and professional. He will also do whatever it takes to make his client happy and is always available to answer even the most simple questions.

The best thing about Waqar is that he genuinely loves what he does and loves the people he works with. We just bought one property with him, and I am looking forward to working with him on many more deals.

It was such a pleasure to work with Waqar Riaz. We are extremely happy with our home buying experience.

I called Waqar, an old friend just when we were considering relocating to Chicago Suburbs from Arizona and found out that he has become a realtor. At that the moment we knew we have someone we can trust on.

I have worked with other realtors in the past but none even came close to what Waqar has to offer. He is proactive, has great communication, professionalism, knowledge, and offer great advices when asked. We trusted him all along. He had been true guide for us. He showed as many houses as we wanted to see. All the showing was remotely done not just because of Covid but also because we were sitting in Arizona. Waqar has been our 'eyes'. He made sure that he took videos of each nook and corner of the house after showing and send it to us to make sure we see it again and ask if we have any question.

The seller of house wanted the closing within two weeks and the lender I was working with said he cannot do it in such a short time. Waqar then found us a lender who not only met the closing date but also gave us a great interest rate.

We arrived at Plainfield, IL the day of closing and we moved to our new home the same day. All thanks to Waqar for ensuring everything goes as planned.

If you are looking for a realtor, trust Waqar, you will not only find a great realtor but a friend for lifetime.

Very supportive and a cooperative agent.. i was moving from a north suburb to Naperville and Mr. Waqar Riaz made the whole transition extremely convenient and easy for me
He was always available for me when needed and got me a good deal and a beautiful house after showing me a lot of properties.
Since I am not very muxh familiar with the area I have moved iI still call him for any advice and information and always get the same response even after the deal is finalized.

Waqar's knowledge of his market and dedication to getting things done is second to none. He does a very good job of learning what his customers need and then delivers upon those needs by using his solid experience. He has the economic savvy to understand the business end of the housing market and very easily guides his customers through the buying process. We worked with Waqar for a few weeks until we found the home we wanted. He was very resourceful in helping us find an attorney as well as alternate sources of financing.
