The Ware Group is the husband-wife real estate team of Chris & Lynne Ware, licensed Realtors® of New Hampshire. In conjunction with Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan, The Ware Group specializes in marketing and selling fine homes across Southern New Hampshire with a focus on the luxury markets of Amherst, Bedford, Hollis, and all waterfront properties.

Chris and Lynne have lived in Southern New Hampshire since the 1980s and have raised their three children in Bedford for the last 15 years. They love New Hampshire and all the recreational activities it has to offer from skiing in the mountains to swimming in the ocean or boating on the lakes. They mostly love the people of New Hampshire for their generosity, love of the state, and can-do attitude. Chris and Lynne relish the opportunity to meet and collaborate with new clients to help them buy, sell, or invest in real estate.

Chris and Lynne’s professional success can be partly attributed to their experience in the technology industry and their understanding of the concepts of project management. Chris believes the most important part of the real estate transaction is open and honest feedback with his clients, he does not want anyone to be surprised along the way. Lynne’s background is quality assurance, so she monitors every step of your transaction to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks.
