Warren was there when we most needed him. He had advised my husband and me that homeownership was the way to go. That was several years before we actually bought a house/property.
Last year (2021), we found ourselves in a situation where we had to move. We had an urgent need to make a decision about the best choice for us- another apartment, a condo, or a single family home.
We remembered Warren and how he had schooled us about the importance of owning your own property and that we could afford to make a purchase, so we called him.
He had a “360 degree” plan from the loan company to the appraiser, lawyer, etc., all of the steps covered in the process. We had to commit to follow through completing all of the inquiries and paperwork, and with Warren there at every step, we were able to walk into our home in about 3 months. He also helped us move (my husband was a recent below the knee amputee).
Warren is a dedicated and competent professional problem solver and a lifesaver! We are forever grateful!

Warren is a consummate professional who asks all the right questions. He’s thorough and allows you to build confidence in getting you the property that you desire. He’s smart and committed to seeing his clients shine. There is nothing that you can not ask him that he won’t find the answers to if he doesn’t have them readily available. He’s the super agent for a reason. I would recommend him highly for any client.
