Wasilik Klimenko

Wasilik Klimenko started his Real Estate career in 1989 with ERA Realty. In 1996, he became a Real Estate Broker and opened his own company, United Klimenko Realty, located in Montebello, California. By 1998, they had relocated to Uptown Whittier and continued to experience growth, eventually becoming one of the top Real Estate offices in Los Angeles County.

In the year 2000, he expanded his services by opening LoanAxis Inc., a mortgage company aimed at providing clients with more options to achieve their goal of homeownership. LoanAxis Inc. offers a range of home loan solutions to suit the diverse needs of their clients.

In 2002, he further expanded his business by opening EscrowAxis Inc. This addition completed his vision of providing all Real Estate needs under one roof. With all three companies operating together, United Klimenko Realty underwent a name change and became The Real Estate Store Inc. (TRES Inc.).
