He was diligent, knowledgeable and presented to me a Comparative Market Analysis that show the price of my house was much higher that we had originally estimated.
He explained the steps in the selling process very clearly and made the whole experience smooth and flawless.

I had a great experience with Green Star Realty on buyer side. My broker Wasim Nagpuria produced a competitive market analysis (CMA) for any property I was interested in, which simplified quantifying the offers. Wasim in particular is a great negotiator and was even able to negotiate for seller to throw in a 75" TV as a gift in return for my strong offer! Also, he was very transparent with every aspect of the process and willing to spend time educating a new home buyer like myself. Green Star also was very effective at communicating with all parties (seller broker, bank, attorneys) and keeping me in the loop. In addition, he taught me the inside and out of various offer strategies including obscure ones like "escalation". Green Star also used latest technology to speed up the process of signing and presenting my offers which is key in a tight market. Unequivocally, I had a great experience and I encourage Massachusetts buyers to benefit from a Green Star broker who is dedicated to giving the inside scoop about how real estate really works.
