WayLynn helped me both sell and buy a house. She's an amazing saleswoman and got us a good sale on the property we were selling. She knows all the ins and outs of the industry which makes things much less stressful, she takes care of everything.
During the buying process the was also amazing. Im very impatient and she always took my excessive phone calls no matter how redundant or unimportant. Hopefully I won't have to go through this process again but if I do she will be my first call.

Four years later and I had to come back and add to this review. When my husband and I decided to sell our home we bought in 2020 with WayLynn, we knew we needed her to help! We needed to get our home sold fast and she did just that. Not only did WayLynn sell our home in only a few short weeks, she was with us every step of the way. Although we hit a couple bumps in the road (none of which were WayLynn’s fault) she still found a way to get us to closing day on time! Her professionalism and dedication towards her clients is remarkable. She ensures a smooth transaction while still keeping it personable and relatable. Now that we have been both the buyer and the seller with WayLynn by our side I can confidently say that she is the BEST in real estate. As a person that has worked with multiple realtors in the past, WayLynn is my strongest and highest recommendation. I have had to purchase and sell homes multiple times in my life for happy and sad reasons, this last home was the most difficult house I’ve had to sell to date for numerous reasons yet surprisingly the least amount of work because Waylynn did just about everything.
