Since 2011, Wayne Ho’s passion has been helping people improve their lives through real estate, and he takes his role as an advisor, advocate, and teammate very seriously. Wayne specializes in helping growing families size-up, whether they’re staying in the City or moving to the Peninsula, and in locating valuable income properties with upside potential for investors. He believes that technology improves efficiencies, and he collaborates with top-level photographers, stagers, designers, builders, and landscapers to ensure his clients’ properties command the best prices.

His fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, combined with his understanding of Chinese culture, make him an invaluable asset to those relocating from China. However, all of Wayne’s clients appreciate his in-depth knowledge of San Francisco’s many diverse neighborhoods and the surrounding areas.
