If you are a Buyer, I can spot problems with the home early in the buying process and determine solutions. Sometimes no reasonable solution exists and the ealier you know that, the better. I will do my best to prevent you from purchasing a problem home, as I can see problems other Agents cannot.
If you are a Seller, I can advise you of needed repairs while you prepare your home for listing - from both a marketing and construction perspective. Additionally, I can be a check on your Buyers Home Inspection Report. Inspectors are not always right and often recommend repairs, updates or replacements that are not reasonable or necessary. This can save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars. The Inspector's client is your Buyer! You have me on your side.
