New construction homes are my primary focal point. The core job of a buyer's agent is to be an advocate. To stand behind and support your folks to make sure they are on the right path to a seamless purchase.

A full service listing agent means so many different things to people. It's been my belief for years that an agents job is to sell a house quickly for the most money possible. HaHa! (I bet you are rolling your eyes right now :) Don't believe the hype, it's not rocket science. I just tend to charge less because I know what it usually takes.
