I have been a Broker in Beaufort County for the last 30 years in numerous different roles. I specialize in land, commercial real estate and waterfront real estate. I am very familiar with Beaufort’s commercial real estate market and have been very fortunate to have been involved in many of Beaufort's larger land sales as well as commercial sales. I am an avid fly fisherman and have probably had my Hells Bay flats boat up every creek and river and across every salt water flat in Beaufort. I know the water and I know the waterfront market. I have been very fortunate to have been involved in close to 200 waterfront sales in Beaufort County.

Prior to coming to Lowcountry, I was the project Director/ Director of Sales for Battery Point Subdivision, Polawana Island and Wrights Point Plantation. While doing these three incredible developments, I established a very good working relationship with most of Beaufort's respectable, sought after builders as well as county and city officials. I developed a very extensive knowledge of not only these developments , but every development in Beaufort.

I am originally from Tennessee and moved to Beaufort County in 1988. I met my wife, Catherine, who moved here from New Canaan Connecticut, right here on Bay Street. We have a 20 year old son , Michael, who is a sophomore at University of South Carolina , and a 16 year old daughter, Katie ,who is a sophomore at Holy Trinity Classical School. I am very familiar with the various school options and the wants and needs of a family with children.
