Wendell Hodges is professional, yet personable! He attended to our needs in the sell of our home, as well as with the purchase of our new home. Wendell was readily available for any and all questions. He is very knowledgeable, able to advise homeowners/buyers on anything from property taxes, homeowners insurance, even helpful concerning “how much” home one should buy. He was always ready and willing to meet and view/show homes. He even met us to show several homes to us in a storm once!
We would definitely use his services again in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone!

Wendell went the extra mile for us as his clients. We couldn’t make our inspections on the house due to my husband having neck surgery, so he stepped up and took care of it all. Really made a very stressful time for us so much easier. He even cut his fees to help make the deal happen. He has great communication and keeps on top of the home buying process. We’d definitely use him again if we ever decided to sell or buy another home.
