Her father and grandfather had their own Real Estate Brokerage for years. Her background is in Retail Management and Insurance litigation and negotiation. She is a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE) and specializes in helping Seniors softly transition to new accommodations, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES.) Wendi loves to help others experience the same sense of reward and accomplishment she had when she bought her first home.

Her client achievements include the 2021 Circle of Excellence Award at her current company and the 2019 Presidents Award at her previous company. She is an active member of the Portland Women’s Council of Realtors, Clackamas Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Mentor, member of the Happy Valley Business Alliance, and Volunteer for various projects.

In Wendi's spare time, she spends time working in her yard, taking long walks with her two dogs and husband, family BBQs with her two daughters, kayaking on the river, playing pickleball, and hitting the gym.
