Wendy Becker

Wendy Becker is a native Oregonian whos parents instilled in her the idea that Oregon has it all: ocean, mountains, forests and deserts - even rain. "Home and where you choose to live is the very basis of your life", says Wendy. Wendy has worked in the financial arena as an advisor for TIAA (Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association). She has worked with clients across the nation and opened an office for the company in Omaha, Nebraska. She really listens to her client's wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every interaction. Along her journey, she also purchased and managed rental properties.
According to Wendy, coming back to Oregon was an important decision. She brings with her years of experience that she plans to further expand through her work with Advantage Real Estate. She recognizes the trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations.
"A job isn't a job if you love what you're doing", Wendy said. She is passionate about helping people find their next home, whether it is buying or selling. With her focus on client service, coupled with her enthusiasm, she is looking forward to working with people in the area.
Wendy is an active and connected community member, volunteering at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital and has been a substitute teacher in Lincoln County for the past five years. She also loves to travel, visit her family and walk the many nature paths available in her home state of Oregon.
Wendy approaches her job with a focus on identifying each client's desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals.
