This was the first time I have ever sold property. Wendy and Chris were referred to me by a very close family member. I live out of state and the majority of the process was done remotely. It was amazing at how easy they made the entire process and how patient, welcoming, and friendly they were. There were a couple times they physically went to the property to address a few things that needed attention. Their willingness to go out of their way to help was amazing and I will be eternally grateful. I thought the process would have been stressful, however I can honestly say working with them calmed any fears or anxieties I thought I would’ve had.

Anyone looking to buy or sell cannot go wrong when you choose this team. It didn’t matter which one I spoke with, they both knew exactly what was going on and was able to explain everything to me in simple terms if needed. I feel I have added two new people to my extended family.
