Wendy Carpenter Major

Wendy Major is a full time licensed real estate agent in the state of Oregon helping her clients buy and sell real estate in Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Salem, Dallas, Independence, Jefferson, Millersburg, Brownsville, Scio, Stayton, Silverton and surrounding areas in the Willamette Valley. Wendy also studies the market in Central Oregon and the Central Coast and is happy to help her clients purchase property in those areas. Wendy specializes in residential, hobby farms, bare land and 1031 exchanges. Her 23 year long career in the Navy was heavily involved in facilitating the relocation movements of her battalion both within the US and globally. As a veteran she understands the VA loan process as well as the logistics of transfers. This makes her an excellent resource for anyone interested in relocating to the area.

She and her husband owned a commercial and residential construction company for over a decade. Wendy was also attached to a Navy Construction Battalion for an additional 10 years. These experiences have given her excellent insights into various systems, structures and repair processes in both residential and commercial buildings.
