Wendy paid exceptional attention to our needs in both buying and selling the 3 homes when merging our families. I was nervous selling my home on my own but she was wonderful walking me through the process. She is great with children of all ages and never made them feel like their opinions did not matter. Wendy is absolutely wonderful! She was such a blessing to my husband and I during our home search. She was prompt to meet our needs and listened to and valued our requests. There was even a time she dropped what she was doing to meet us for a last minute showing so we could share our excitement with our family. Wendy went above and beyond to help us find an amazing home within our budget. Being new to Wichita, we needed someone who was familiar with the area - Wendy exceeded our expectations! She showed us around the city and helped us find the perfect neighborhood. We truly felt that she had our best interests at heart and helped us feel safe and supported through the entire process. She was patient and polite, yet also efficient and determined with negotiations, inspections, and closing. She has continued to be an awesome resource for us as we have made Wichita our home. We had numerous unexpected hurdles that Wendy helped us navigate and got them resolved so that we could sell one home and move into a new home the same day.
