Wendy Cohen

Wendy Cohen is a licensed agent with EXP Realty and works primarily in and around Greenville, South Carolina but also serves Columbia, SC. Wendy loves the process of helping people find the home of their dreams or selling their current house. She enjoys home improvement projects and has used her skills while volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
Wendy has a long history of playing the flute professionally and teaching music but has always had a passion for real estate as well. She has played for decades as principal flute with the South Carolina Philharmonic and second flute with the Greenville Symphony and her knowledge of the area is extensive. She studied at the Fine Arts Center in Greenville and graduated from Mauldin High School.
Wendy graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 1995 with a degree in music and obtained a master’s degree in flute performance from the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music.
She is an avid runner and also enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, gardening and spending time with her husband, Jeremy, who is on active duty in the Air Force. They have two Italian Greyhounds named Mia and Elly. She currently lives in Greenville, SC.
