Wendy Collier

Originally from North Carolina, Wendy worked for a large law firm, specifically for Corporate and Real Estate attorneys. Wendy also worked for a large bank in Portfolio management where real estate was often the collateral that secured these portfolios. Having this background tied to real estate helped guide me in making the decision to pursue a real estate career. Serving as a Professional Realtor since 2005, it has been a privilege helping others make the dream of home ownership become a reality. Her business is built on the core principles of outstanding Customer Service. Wendy has the tools and technology to serve her clients in the best way possible in this intricate market. Thus, her marketing and customer service efforts and her production levels have been recognized by ERA Real Estate and have given her the Title of Circle of Achievement.

In addition, she serves on our Relocation Team helping Buyers and Sellers relocate in and out of the area and across the country. She also has an extensive background in Property Management. Making the move to Texas from the East Coast helped her to understand and empathize with anyone in a relocation situation. This has helped give her and her clients an added edge in marketing and selling their properties as well as making wise purchases. Leadership and serving rank as high priorities as are critical in giving back and being a part of the community.

She serves on the Amarillo Association of Realtors® Board of Directors. In addition, She has volunteered for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Canyon for over six years. Through that experience of giving, she earned regional recognition from the American Cancer Society with the Spirit of West Texas award, the highest honor any volunteer receives. She is also an active member of her Church. Most importantly, being a Wife and Mother of two rank above all accomplishments and are truly a blessing.
