I am VERY appreciative of Wendy’s knowledge, professionalism and dedication to the sale of my home. Her ideas for staging added incredible value and allowed the house to show extremely well. Additionally, I would have spent my money in the wrong places getting it ready to sell. She saved me a lot of money and maximized my return. I highly recommend Wendy Fruehauf.

Eric and Wendy sold my house at auction. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with everything. The advertisement was great with pictures, colors and layout. They responded to before sale inquiries and were aware of many that were interested. The day of the sale their vehicle and clothing were matching colors, good setup for auction platform and crowd and they were definitely crowd pleasers. I was very happy with the sale price - more then I expected. Best realtors around!
