Despite house-hunting in quite possibly the worst time ever, Wendy made the process so smooth and enjoyable. She's incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, provides a ton of resources and information, and is always available for any questions. We met Wendy by chance. She was the listing agent for a condo that we wanted to look at. From that point on we asked if she would assist us on finding the home that best met our needs. She took the time to understand what we wanted. There was never any pressure, and she was very patient with us. In my experience many "sales" representatives are ALL about the sale - the commission. Wendy was not like that at all. We always believed that she was acting in our best interests. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home.

Fear not, your search has ended! Choosing Wendy as our agent is easily one of the best decisions we have made. Wendy sold our house in lightning speed. She educated us on all of the offers we received and helped us make the best choice for our family. In this market, we all know how difficult it is to buy a home. We looked at a several houses over the course of a couple weeks and Wendy coached us on what to look for, what is worrisome, what would be easy to fix, and so much more. When we found the house that we knew we wanted to put an offer on, I wasn’t optimistic that we would get it because most people right now are having to put in several offers before their offer is chosen. Wendy advised us in the best ways to write our offer so that it was appealing to our sellers. We’d made 3 different offers on 3 different homes ( we were the ones to of backed out) as well as 3 different inspection’s we finally found our house. In 2016 the seller’s market was not strong. However, Wendy priced our home right and had a great marketing plan. We left our home in her hands as we went to Florida to purchase our retirement home. God showed us kindness when he intended for us to meet Wendy. We came upon her by chance for a home we were interested in. We didnt end up getting that home . Wendy kept in contact with us actually caring about us and not trying to sell us a home constantly. She knew what we wanted in a home but thought 10 times more, asking us questions like would it be safe for the kids and what things we should take priority over when it comes to realizing what we want and need for a home. She helped us get a home that hasn't even hit the market but also told the seller about us .Even though we never met the seller because of Wendy the seller gave us almost everything with the home to help us get started with our 2 children ..My husband and I are both teachers and so this was such a blessing . The best part about Wendy is she will always reply to her messages and questions you have right away, even if you mistakenly message her at 12 am because we lived in the west coast it was 9 pm for us..Sorry Wendy. Not to mention all the amazing connections she has because she has been in this business for so long. We got the best price for a home inspection plus a discount . If you are looking for somebody who isnt just in it to make the money but truly wants the best for you , who is also reliable, smart, and business savvy, then Wendy is your best bet. I am writing to recommend the Real Estate services of Wendy Grego, CRS. My wife and I became aware of Wendy by way of her catchy, “Wendy did it again” marketing campaign. Her cards would show up in our mailbox again and again with concrete examples of Wendy’s recent home closing’s representing both sellers and purchasers. It was very impressive and I decided that whenever I had the inclination to sell our home and purchase a new one in the area, that we would work with her to represent our real estate interest.
We set up a meeting with Wendy to discuss our home selling and new property purchase and she came very well prepared for our first meeting. Her marketing and knowledge of the area is stunningly impressive. My wife and I knew in advance that we would become yet another happy “Wendy did it again” success story. Wendy stuck with us while my wife and I struggled to find the right home for both of our needs and expectations. It was a stressful and difficult time as I am sure any couple can attest to after having gone through the buying process. This is the 5th home that I have owned and my wife’s second ever purchase. She had great patience with us and her hands off approach but willingness to make sound suggestions was invaluable.
In the end, Wendy helped us find not only a great home but also a great loan program through her exhaustive list of contacts. She doesn’t ever force any of these on you as a customer.
