Wendy Hayes is a licensed commercial real estate consultant specializing in tenant representation. Ms. Hayes began her real estate career in 1997 with an innovative real estate development company called Core Location, which was funded by the Carlyle group. Core Location’s entire focus was the development and implementation of data centers. Wendy hit the ground running collaborating with team of people that successfully developed and 100% leased the first planned data center (carrier hotel) in the city of Chicago. From there, Ms. Hayes has spent her subsequent years growing her real estate expertise, representing private firms, as well as developers, by identifying, analyzing, and assisting in negotiating real estate opportunities on behalf of her clients.
