Wendy Herzon

Wendy originally hails from the Midwest, yet she has been a Bergen County resident for more than 30 years, raising two children and gaining the familiarity and knowledge to help her customers “connect the dots” for their home and family life needs.

Armed with a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, strong marketing skills from patient-based work experience, and a creative art background, Wendy has developed great client-building skills that lead to long-term relationships that extend past the closing date. These same strengths help her to offer fresh perspectives on the potential housing needs for her many clients. Whether she is negotiating a deal or browsing the inventory, Wendy can often be found baking either her rich chocolate brownies, oatmeal "surplus" cookies or her beautifully decorated sugar cookies, much to her family and friends' delight!

Wendy is proud to claim the honor of earning the New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award - Bronze Level in 2016 and 2017. She is grateful to her clients and colleagues for helping her to achieve this accolade.
