Wendy Loring

Wendy is a long-time resident of Northern Westchester, with an extensive knowledge of the county and our local communities. Hard-working with excellent communication skills, Wendy has earned a reputation for honesty, integrity, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Wendy, a graduate of Hamilton College and Stern School of Business at NYU, worked for 12 years on Wall Street doing Fortune 500 credit analysis and relationship management, before deciding to devote full time to raising her family in Northern Westchester. Wendy has been involved with numerous community endeavors over the years as well as was an active volunteer within the Katonah Lewisboro School District (served as John Jay Middle School PTO President from 2012-2014 and was a member of the Parent Council for years.)

Wendy began her career in real estate in late 2017 and joined William Raveis in the Katonah office in August 2018. Wendy hit the ground running with a sale almost immediately and has continued to impress clients and co-workers with her enthusiasm, work ethic, and attention to detail. In 2020 and 2021, Wendy closed more than 25 transactions! Wendy's financial background, deep knowledge of the community and innate ability to connect to people repeatedly position Wendy for success!
