There are many great things to say about Wendy Maddocks, but what stands out is her dedication for her clients and her professional manner in her dealings with her colleagues. I had the pleasure of working with Wendy on a home sale in Newport Coast where she represented the seller and we represented the buyer. She was very communicative, fast with updates, and was available by phone; all things which are rare in real estate sales. Not every transaction goes smoothly but because of Wendy's availability, together we were able to problem solve issues before they got out of hand, without ego, and keep the transaction moving forward for all parties involved. If you are looking for a professional with common sense and is knowledgeable, Wendy is your person! I look forward to our paths crossing again.

I never planned to sell my home, of 23 year, this summer (2021). Our master plan was to get ready to sell in two years. We we had a list of fix-up projects and would enter the market shiny and ready in 2023. Then, I had a casual call with a friend and local realtor, Wendy Maddocks, and we discussed the current state of the real estate market, and how it is a sellers time. After discussing it with my husband, we decided list our home for sale. We met with Wendy and explained that although we had a very tight timeline, we wanted to list the property with her. We signed the paperwork, and she instantly got to work. She helped us through every step of the process: from staging, to open houses, to giving us neutral but critical information to help us make the best decision for us. In 5 days, our home was sold with multiple offers! Wendy clearly explained each offer giving us the pros and cons of each, and guided us through escrow calmly and ethically. Once that was done, she set to work finding us a new home - all within our tight deadline. I can’t imagine doing this anyone but Wendy Maddocks. She not only sold our home, but she did it with warmth, good humor, and expertise. To my husband and I , she is a 10 out of 10 in the world of real estate! I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Wendy Maddocks was very responsive and understanding to our needs. She is very knowledgeable about Orange county as well as LA county. As first time home buyers she made us feel as if we where her only client which wasn't the case at all. It was such a pleasure working with Wendy, she was flexable and accomidating in scheduling viewings. Every property we went to see it was like going with a life long friend. I highly recommend Wendy Maddocks to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable experience buying a home.

Although we have previously lived in Southern California for many years, we are currently living out of state and wanted to buy a second home in Newport Beach. We met Wendy at an open house while on a weekend visit. Wendy impressed us with her friendly personality, extensive knowledge of the local market, low pressure approach, and responsiveness.

So, we decided to ask Wendy to represent us on our home search. Wendy took time to understand our objectives and was very well prepared for showings, enabling focused and productive house hunting trips. When we found a candidate, she executed the offer process quickly and efficiently.

She has really excelled at after the sale service, helping us by performing tasks when we cannot be there. She also introduced us to an excellent contractor who has remodeled our new home. Overall, Wendy is an outstanding realtor and we are happy to call her a friend.

My husband and I recently moved across the entire country for his new job and we were SO lucky to find Wendy! Not only did Wendy find us a perfect rental - which fit absolutely every request we had! - but I am delighted to call her my friend. I found her through Zillow
by accident, as I was browsing
and contacting many realtors while looking for a rental. She is the only realtor who offered to put together a list of rentals and drove us around town the entire weekend. Wendy, the realtor: - is extremely knowledgeable about the area (she grew up here, after
all) - is a good listener: she will understand your moods and desires and show you only the properties she will think are a good fit - is always on time - is on top of email / messaging / phone - will even give you suggestions about food, shopping, family
