Wendy Maguire is the ultimate realtor, my partner and I just recently purchased our first home with Wendy’s help. We had gone through 3 other realtors prior to finding Wendy and we honestly started to lose hope, but then we found her. Wendy has a philosophy she stands by and that is to provide the best service to her clients, she told us how prior to her becoming a realtor she had a really bad experience her self and felt like she was doing the work of the realtor when she was purchasing a home (this is how we felt with the other 3). She told us she never wants her clients to feel that way. Wendy is very quick to respond, and knows the industry like the back of her hand. She was able to provide us with general ballpark estimates that were pretty spot on for some work that needed to be done in the house. We are so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with such an AWESOME realtor and I hope you get the opportunity to do so.

Wendy was amazing! We were moving and buying a home out of state. Wendy interviewed many agents in our new area in order to find us the right fit. She also walked us through the home inspection of our new home build. Whether you're buying in the northeast or anywhere else in the country, I would highly recommend giving Wendy a call to get her guidance and assistance.

Wendy was astounding at every step. As first time homebuyers, she offered the right amount of guidance and listened to our opinions but also lent her deep perspective on the market, on homes, and on every other part of the process. Amazing experience with Wendy! She helped me purchase 2 properties so far and nothing but 5 stars. She is knowledgeable of the various Boston neighborhoods and markets, researched all the properties we looked at, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel pressured to make a purchased just so she could get a commission.
