We chose Wendy McIntyre as our buyer's agent because she replied to an online inquiry we had on their company website within a couple hours. Both of us are communicators in our jobs, and find that the level of customer service we receive among many other aspects in our lives is less than satisfactory. We are probably harder to please than the average Joe. Within moments of corresponding with Wendy, both Wes and I knew Wendy was the real deal. She answered every question we had and didn't criticize us when we admitted we thought we knew a fair amount about the housing market. She actually welcomed our self proclaimed expertise and encouraged us every step of the way. We are going to hire Wendy to sell our townhome in the next year and would recommend her to any type of buyer or seller. She is attentive, thorough, kind and most importantly to us, a prompt and clear communicator.
