A licensed real estate professional with over 36 years experience combined in the legal field and real estate sales. Having worked as a legal assistant/paralegal prior to obtaining my real estate license; preparing and organizing an exorbitant amount of legal documents has given me the edge to the contract language required in real estate. I passed my real estate license test first try in 2016 in both the state of Illinois and Missouri. In Illinois alone, my first year I exceeded $1,000,000 in sales and in my second year received a Bronze Award in sales from The Realtor Association of Southern Illinois for sales exceeding $1,500,000. I have continued to exceed those numbers received a Gold award for over $4,300,000 in sales in 2020.
