Wendy Smith is hands down the BEST real estate agent we've ever worked with! If you could imagine THE perfect most awesome realtor who is professional, proactive, shows up, over communicates and gets the job done, Wendy is it! We were blown away by the level of excellence. From day one, she was our advocate, trusted advisor, and at the end of the process, a good friend who we will stay in touch with and most definitely call on again for our next real estate deal. Wendy had our back at EVERY turn, helping us navigate a very difficult process, and the additional challenges of buying a home from out of state. She brought ideas to the table that we hadn't thought of and went to bat for us when we faced obstacles. She communicated thoroughly with every 3rd party and kept us in the loop during construction, sending us pictures and even writing a special blessing on the doorposts before drywall! Wendy is a true gem and stands head and shoulders above the rest. Also, many thanks to Wendy's associate Michelle Crews who met with us initially and stayed in the communication loop! As always, Wendy took great care of us during both the home selling and buying process! She's become like family to us! She helped us find our first home 5 years ago and has kept in touch throughout the years. Just this year she helped us sell that home (very quickly, at asking price) and got us into our now second home! With her expertise and willingness to go above and beyond, we would not think of asking anyone other than Wendy for any of our real estate needs! Wendy is a very diligent and hard working individual. She constantly go above and beyond to make sure you are informed every step of the way. Wendy is one of the best professionals that I have ever met.

We were buyers in a very competitive seller´s market. And we were looking for a very specific property type. She stuck with us throughout the process of multiple offers on multiple properties until we finally found one that worked out perfectly.
Although it would have been much easier for her if we would have bought the first property we looked at, she really wanted to make sure that we got the property that we wanted at our preffered price point.
She always looked out for us, making sure that she got all the disclosure information and explained everything to us so that we can make a good decision that was in our best interest.

Wendy is an amazing Realtor and more amazing person. When I started looking for a place I knew the exact area I wanted to live. Wendy had several places lined up to show me for our 1st meeting. She was excellant in reading my body language that the 1st property we saw would not work (owned by a smoker) and had a second property that was just listed. I was lucky enough to be the 1st prson and made an offer within a few hours of my seeing the place.

Wendy was so essential in helping me move fast on a great property, in a great neighborhood that I am proud to call home.

Wendy is outstanding at her job. She's a true pro. There are probably a lot of dedicated realtors. Not only is Wendy dedicated, but she brought this genuine smile and happiness to be with us every single time we got together. It made what could a stressful process an enjoyable process. My wife and I couldn't have been happier and more impressed with the job she did for us as we purchased our first home together. If you have a chance to work with Wendy, do it. She's real.
