Wendy Sparks

Wendy is the Team Leader of South Jersey Sparks Group, and a Full-Service Broker Salesperson with eXp Realty based in New Jersey and Delaware. Her team works side-by-side with Stephanie Davis, Team Leader of the South Jersey Davis Group, which provides all their clients with the best availability and coverage possible.

Their primary area of coverage is South Jersey (Salem, Cumberland, Gloucester, Cape May Counties) and New Castle County, Delaware. Wendy is a lifelong resident of Mannington Township, in the heart of Salem County where she was raised on the family farm. Her family choose to plant their roots in her hometown and have lived in their current home for over 24 years where they raised their two children. Wendy enjoys the small town feel and open space that Salem County affords. Her interest and hobbies are family, reading, visiting the beach, theatre and concerts, theme parks, and volunteering.

Wendy is a Notary Public and an ordained minister. What you should know about Wendy is that she believes wholeheartedly in the unique, personal nature of real estate.
