About Wendy
I became a Licensed North Carolina Broker in December of 2013 in an effort to assist my then 21 year old son by his first home. For years, I had friends who were realtors suggest that I get into the business, but at the time I was working in publishing and raising a large family. Yet I always kept my eye on the market, checking inventory, watching prices and considering my own next move. So I finally took the leap, received my license and earned Rookie of the Year!
Fast forward to where we are today. I have grown my business from a single agent to a small team of 4, with a dedicated assistant and two buyers agents. We are consistently ranked in the Top 100 out of roughly 3500 agents in our region. And while we are small, we are mighty having served 73 families and generated over $28 million in GCI. Our business is very systematized to insure every clients goals are met in an efficient and professional manner. We hone our skills, and retrain regularly to stay on top of the latest technology, industry trends and negotiation skills so that we can provide exceptional service to our clients regardless of current market conditions. Our business is 85% referral based with the larger part of those referrals being from past clients and our sphere. We take pride in the close relationships we have formed with other KW agents as well other brokerages. Real estate is not a game of who wins and who loses. We take our clients goals and finances seriously. We treat every transaction as a short term partnership with the motivation that on closing day all parties are excited about their futures, feel respected and achieved their goals. We feel fortunate that so many of our clients have become friends and we get to continuously work to help them and their friends and family members realize their dreams of home ownership, and real estate investing.

I have sold alot of houses and this was the smoothest one I ever had. Wendy and Sara are excellent and I highly recommend her team. I have been in the mortgage business and know alot of realtors and I have to say Wendy is one of the fastest most responsive I have seen.
