If you are looking for a realtor agent, Wendy is your gal! She has gone over and beyond on what a realtor agent does for anyone. My husband and I decided to purchase a home in Virginia close by to his next duty station since he only had a few years left until he retired. We had discussed what type of home I was interested so she knew what to look for when houses hit the market. The search for a home was fierce since a lot of the homes were flying off the shelf in our price range, but Wendy was always available to show me homes I was interested in. I had to have her go out to all the houses to do a video walk for me since I was still living in Texas. The search for homes came to a halt since COVID-19 hit our country and it also forced my husband to stay in Korea even though his year there was almost completed. Even though our communication dwindled she still had an eye out for me on the homes that were hitting the market and sure enough she calls me about a home that she says had my name written all over it. A few days later, I’m putting an offer on the house since it was too good to pass up. And what was even more amazing, the people selling the house asked for an even later closing date than what we offered since I still wasn’t sure when my husband would be able to come home. Wendy was and still continues to be the kind hearted superwoman since she has also been helping me with furniture deliveries being sent to the house. She is well connected on any inspections you might need and just an overall amazing woman God has put in my walk of life.
