About Wendy

With nearly a decade of real estate experience spent serving homebuyers and sellers, I was eager to utilize the wide variety of RE/MAX resources and the strength of the number one real estate brand to serve the needs of customers looking to purchase both luxury and traditional properties. As a result of this vision, I partnered with RE/MAX and opened a RE/MAX franchise.

Our agency specializes in all phases of residential real estate including assisting clients with buying/selling residential and investment properties. We also provide rental and property management services. We are forward thinking progressive real estate professionals who utilize the latest technology and employ business practices as dictated by current market indicators and trends.

I have been on the Board of Directors at the Realtors Association of Indian River County. Additionally, I am a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have a strong commitment to professionalism and service, and hold the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP) and obtained 1031 Exchange Specialist designations. I am also a real estate educator and investor, who has bought and sold over 300 residential properties over the last decade.
