Wes Postlethwaite is deeply involved in the Nashville community, having moved here in 1989. Wes transitioned into full time real estate in 2015 and has grown his real estate business quickly due to his focus on the client. In 2016, he was fifth in volume in his office producing nearly $12 Million. He is serving his 9th year on the Agent Leadership Council and his first year on the International Leadership Council, representing over 14,000 Keller Williams Agents. He is a eight time BOLD graduate.

On his way to becoming the top realtor in Nashville, Wes continues to refine his craft through classes and intense training. He is a Certified Military Residential Specialist and Certified International Property Specialist…this certification has become more important because nearly 12 percent of all real estate transactions come from foreign buyers.

Wes is a Rotarian in Brentwood, attends Brentwood Baptist Church, and was part of the Court for the Franklin Wine Festival (raising money for Big Brothers and Big Sisters). His favorite charity is RED Day, a worldwide Keller Williams event. Each KW office gives back to the community. His office has partnered with the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home, renovating a cottage each year to help the children have a home like environment.
