About Wesley

As the son of a builder and a real estate agent, Wes was born to be in this business. His earliest memories are the Sunday drives his Dad took him on to visit his projects from Monroe to N Tacoma. He grew up working in property management and on job sites building homes with his Dad’s different building companies (Newhall, Jones & Stackman and Encore Custom Homes). He grew up in Bellevue, but an opportunity to play football in college brought him to the University of San Diego. He graduated with an emphasis in real estate from the Burnham Real Estate Institute in 2001. HE became a licensed agent in 2004, and a managing broker in 2007. Prior to joining Keller Williams in 2011, he helped run a local property management company and boutique real estate firm.

The knowledge he has gained over the course of his career through building homes, managing properties, investing, and house flipping, has helped to influence and shape his unique and well-rounded perspective on real estate. The insight and guidance that he offers his clients is one of his biggest points of difference. For him, real estate is not just a job, it is his career, his passion, and it is in his blood. In 2020 he was named to Gary Keller's "Top 200" Mastermind group, giving him the opportunity to be personally coached by who he considers the "Steve Jobs” of residential real estate- a true highlight of his career.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kristin, sons Warner & Walker, and dog Snickers. He enjoys running, hiking, long Snickers walks, weightlifting, tennis, and more recently pickleball. Growing up during the Seattle music scene in the 1990’s, he is still passionate about the live music that passes through town. He is also an avid Seahawks, Sounders, Mariners, and Kraken fan. He is still anxiously awaiting the Seattle Sonics’ return!
