Wes was the best, most professional realtor to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful and was always available when we had questions. We wanted to move quick and with his help and knowledge of the area and housing market we were able to move quick and sell quick for the right price. If you want a good realtor they’re all over the area, if you want a great realtor then you need to call Wes immediately. Thanks Wes, we appreciate all the help.

I have worked with Wes on a couple of sales. In each experience I have found Wes to be professional, and easy to work with. Have known Wes for a few years now. My father recently passed and mom has been living with us. She decided she wanted to buy a house, and having lived in her current home for the past 50+ years, had no idea of the process. Well, Wes to the rescue. He made her feel so comfortable and guided her through the process with ease. I believe my mother even referred to him as "man of the year"!!! If you are in the market and need an agent, Wes is the man to see!! I know if I am ever in the market, he will be the one I turn to. Thanks a bunch Wes for all you've done and I know will continue to do.

Wes helped us with the purchase of a home this year. We had a great experience working with him. He quickly understood what we were looking for and provided us great advice throughout the process. There honestly wasn't anything he didn't think of. He knows the market we were buying in (Steuben county) incredibly well, and always providing thoughtful considerations with each home we reviewed with him.
He's also incredibly responsive via phone, text, and email....we never waited on him.
We've worked with several great agent's on previous home buying/selling, but none compare to Wes. Strongly recommend working with him.

This is the second time we have worked with Wes, and as expected he made the process painless.
Understanding local market conditions and providing advice is expected from a realtor however Wes goes beyond normal expectations. His phone is never off and whenever needed has stayed in communication at all hours, seven days a week! He also went above and beyond to ensure complications were addressed and did not derail the process.
I will continue to work with Wes on any future real estate transactions and highly recommend him to anyone considering using a realtor.
