Mac worked with me in the US Navy and earned my trust! He is a very responsible, trustworthy and knowledgeable person who is in it for you, not himself! I purchased our home from him in 2008 at rock bottom pricing due to the housing market failure and his negotiating skills. We then sold our home for more than any other home in the area ever sold for this past November 2020. During the COVID pandemic where things were a bit different for open houses and signing documents, the experience went very smoothly! Mac likes to explain every step in the process in terms you can u set stand. If we do move back to California we will definitely be giving Mac a call! Don’t mess with the rest, call the best!

I've been trusting Dr. Whenrica McAfee with my real estate needs for over 10 years. From purchasing property and even during a very critical time that my family and I needed to sale, this professional was nothing short of amazing! I reached out to Dr. McAfee in 2018 about purchasing a home then got cold feet because of the responsibilities homeownership brings. In 2019 I contacted him again and without skipping a beat he welcomed me back to the home-buying process. From start to finish he was there, sending suggestions, contacting places I liked to set up viewings, and answering all the questions I had (which were many cause I was doing this alone and had never done this before). When we placed the offer on the place I now call home, he was so reassuring. He also didn’t push me toward looking at places my loan amount would not cover. I actually came way under budget with my home and not once did he push me to “buy bigger”. Beyond that, after the inspection we went through the report and he ensured that the seller corrected everything on the list. I am so grateful for the time he invested and I’m ecstatic about my new home! He’s knowledgeable, relatable and genuinely cares that you get a home that works for you. Thanks Ty!

Dr. Whenrica, Is truly a man of his word. I have been having a issue and wanted to get a home for years. Once i contacted the agency. I was informed that they would work with me to get a new home. Their services was quick professional and swift. My family and i purchased our 1st home. Joe Mcafee went for battle for us when someone tried to out bid us for $15,000. What right is right a verbal agreement was already made a d we-realty fought the battle and secured us into our 1st home. My family is forever grateful we made the right choice and secured a VA loan with a 580 credit score. Unbelievable we moved into our home with only $1200.00 and recieved a lump sum of cash once we closed. Trust in this man he has the abilities to make miracles happen especially for military veterans.
