Whit made Los Angeles home for his family (Laura, Nicolette, and Caitlyn) in 1996, though his in-laws have been here for more than 50 years. After working in the industry on the production side for Universal Pictures and the creative side for Jersey Films, a well-known realtor suggested that he begin a career in real estate sales because of his excellent people skills, head for business and marketing creativity. Armed with a Degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance from Boston University, Whit understands the financial impacts involved in a real estate transaction and has been utilizing this knowledge for his clients for more than a decade.
Whit believes that success in business must be paid back with charity and community service. His commitment to this ideal can be seen in his appointment to the Burbank Parks, Recreation and Community Services Board by the City Council, where he served as chairman; his service on the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; along with his work for the Family Service Agency, YMCA Finance Committee, PTA membership, Burroughs High School VMA support, and Roosevelt Elementary School Site Council. Whit is also pleased to be an Official Sponsor of the Family Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
