Whitney Petersen

Whitney Petersen has done and seen a lot. Extensive traveling, 20+ years as an executive chef, degrees in Accounting and Finance, and being a real estate investor/developer, Whitney brings a unique skill set to the table. Aside from brief stints in L.A., NYC, and Seattle, Portland has been home since 1967. He resides in North Portland, has since 1990 and cannot imagine living anywhere else. He got his broker’s license and joined Farrell Realty in 2003.

After early success, four years later he became a partner. In the last 10 years, Whitney has sold more homes in North Portland than any other broker. He enjoys helping clients make sound decisions. His clients rely on his expertise and know that he will always put their needs first. Whitney prioritizes professional ethics and has a straightforward, honest approach to real estate. His years as a Portlander and real estate experience give him the edge, and he uses it to his clients’ advantage.

Whitney loves being part of the North Portland community, and participates in events like the St. Johns Parade, coaching a local Little League team and volunteering. He enjoys improving his own home, viewing, and collecting eclectic art and other curios, various outdoor activities, cooking—of course—and hanging out and drinking coffee.
