Mr Drake's the Realtor is a very detailed oriented individual. HE is very thorough and diligent with his research and always seems to think about the client and client relations over all.. although as a first time properties owner, I found him extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the areas of expertise forth which he has geared himself. If I had to reference a great realtor, Drake's is whom I would select .

What can I say about Wilfred Drakes? He’s more than just a real estate agent; he wears several hats due to his knowledge of the overall process. Home buying is more than just finding and putting an acceptable offer on a house. Its coordinating ALL of the other transactions that need to be completed in a timely manner BEFORE you take possession. He was my resource to all things South Carolina.

Buying a home is stressful by nature, but to have an out of state client that's completely new to the area takes it to an entirely different level. His honesty, hard work and ethical approach made the process seamless.

As I texted late into evenings he was very responsive, answering my questions within minutes. I appreciated his active listening skills in full effect; I had to make a few changes to the search. We were able to pivot, never missing a beat.

Would I recommend him to family and friends?? Absolutely! I already have. He is definitely customer service oriented; a feature that is lacking in most transactions.He set the bar very high, acting more as an advisor/consultant; he was very active in the process. I relied on him to guide me through the selling process of my other home; that agent was absent providing no knowledge or guidance of next steps.

I can’t speak highly enough of Wilfred Drakes...you will not be disappointed working with him.
