Will was incredibly helpful while I was trying to sell my condo. I was not living there at the time, so he organized all the vendors for the painting and cleaning to get it ready to list. The listing looked great, and the property sold for over asking with multiple offers. Will is extremely knowledgeable when evaluating offers, and guided me to choosing the best one. We interviewed three agents and chose Will Gosch of GO Colorado Realty because of his positive attitude, hands on approach to our unique situation, and knowledge of the market and community. As we prepared our home for sale, Will was always available, day and night, answering our questions and helping in multiple ways. He assisted or coached us through both the expected issues such as inspections and appraisals, but also with finding contractors, and getting some of the smaller issues taken care of. On closing day Will could be found on our property taking care of our sprinkler system. Even after everything was completed, Will stepped in and helped us retrieve some left behind personal items. I have already recommended Will to others!
