A Brief Background…
I have a broad background in both experiences and education. I am a veteran of the hospitality industry where customer service is paramount. I was a professional chef for many years. I have two Associate Degrees; one in business and one in culinary arts. I have a Bachelors of Science from The University of South Carolina in Marketing & Management with a focus in Hospitality. I also have a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Science from The University of North Florida. I did my graduate work in Public Health at The University of North Florida as well. I relish the opportunity to educate and inform my clients and friends in both real estate and health & nutrition matters. My education has provided me with a great expanse of marketing, finance, and communication skills that are invaluable to me as a real estate professional.
With over $70,000,000 in closed transactions the past three years, including over $30,000,000 in the past 12 mos., and better than 400 sales since 2009, my experience in the current market is always in the vanguard & I am here to put it to work for you! I have been a RE/MAX Platinum agent year after year, I am a career RE/MAX Hall of Fame Member, Re/Max Chairman’s Club Agent in 2015 & ranked in 2015 within the TOP 20 Real Estate Agents in all of Northeast Florida.
I am indeed a real estate professional and take tremendous pride and pleasure in my career. I do, however, focus on making my interactions and business affairs fun and entertaining. My real estate involvement goes back many years, and I have family members with decades of experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales and investment. I do indeed have a supreme team behind me with a vast wealth of knowledge—my business partner Rachael Ridaught as well as my lender, title & insurance associates.
